Considering Separation or Divorce

December 4, 2015 12:34 pm

Unfortunately, the festive period is often the busiest time for separating couples. Many have already decided to separate but wait until January before separating formally, as they hope to get through the Christmas period for the sake of the children, or because of pre existing arrangements.

Some have no intention of separating before Christmas, but often, spending extended time periods together, and with the financial pressures of the seasonal period, tensions are heightened and problems amplified.

If you do need assistance with separation we at Barnes Family Law offer a free initial consultation relating to all areas of family including divorce, financial matters, children’s matters, pensions, unmarried couples and all other areas of family law. We hope to make this difficult time as manageable as possible.

During January we are aiming to help look after the pennies and are offering a reduced rate fixed fee divorce for £400 plus VAT. Make an appointment before 31st January 2016 by calling 01274 861096 or email Our office is out of town with Ample free parking and only five minutes from M62 junctions 25 and 26.
